- Step 1: Inquiry – complete an inquiry form online or call TKA’s Admissions Office for more information.
- Step 2: Visit (optional) – Schedule a visit to campus during a Preview Event, a personal family tour, and/or a Shadow day for your prospective student.
- Step 3: Online Application – Complete and submit an application with $52 application fee.
- Be prepared to upload the following documents as part of the application process: Insurance card, immunization record, birth certificate, social security card, and report cards from the past two years
- For applicants entering grades 1-12, please provide an email address within the application to formally request transcript records from the student’s previous school
- Siblings of current TKA students should submit applications through their TKA FACTS Family Portal to connect the sibling to the family already in the system.
- Step 4: Provide supplemental information if deemed applicable by the Admissions Department.
- Step 5: Participate in a Family Interview scheduled by the Admissions Director.
- Step 6: Receive an acceptance decision from the Admissions Committee by phone and email. Families may apply for limited financial assistance following acceptance.
- Step 7: Complete and submit the enrollment packet with the $311 enrollment fee to formally enroll the student and secure his/her spot.

- Submit an international boarding student questionnaire.
- Submit school transcripts translated into English with a grading scale.
- Submit a completed Duolingo score to the Admissions Office.
- Submit teacher recommendations.
Step 2: Complete a Skype or Zoom interview (scheduled by the Admissions Office)
Step 3: Complete the Enrollment packet once the admissions decision is provided.
